The first step to completing a Warranty request is to troubleshoot the failing device(s) with a Geoforce Help Desk Technician. You can contact the Geoforce Help Desk by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Explain the situation you are experiencing and list the affected ESN's. A Help Desk Technician will contact you to complete the troubleshooting process.
