In the event that you wish to simply see all assets which you have shared out, and/or all assets shared into your account, you can use the following steps:
- Click “Setup” tab.
- Click “Shared Assets” sub-tab.
- If the “state” of an asset share is not “accepted” (ie, “state” is “offered”), then, the asset share has been offered, but, the recipient has not “Accepted” the share yet. Thus, the recipient cannot “see” the shared asset yet.
- Geoforce Administrators are able to modify your account to “Auto Accept” assets shared to your account. Contact our helpdesk if you wish to put such a change into place.
