Report Overview

Compliance Reports will allow the user to schedule reports to be sent to your email given a set of configurable data points.  Reports can be created regarding information such as:

  • Compliance Type
  • Individual Assets
  • Validity Time
  • Location

Reports

The Reports screen will show you all reports that have been created and are scheduled.

Here we can see that a report titled “My Compliance Report” is sent to cbrady@geoforce.com daily at 12:00 UTC.  If you would like to see more information about the report click “Edit” in the Actions column.

clicking the “Edit” button shows us this report in greater detail.  This confirms that this report is scheduled to run Daily at 12.  The Selected Filters display what information is filtered on this report.  This report will show all “Complete Tanks” Compliance Type.  It is not filtered to show specific serial numbers, Locations, or all requirements.

Creating a New Report

Creating a new report is done easiest through the Compliance Status screen.  Here is where you will select what information you would like on the report.  In my first example I would like to get a report sent daily for the status on all my Global Lifts.  This would be done by choosing the Compliance Type of “Global Lift”

Next we would click the “Schedule New Report” button

We are going to name this report “Global Lift” as that is what we will be tracking.  We want it sent to myself, our compliance manager, and our technician.  Multiple emails can be entered, as long as they are separated with a comma.  We will also want this report sent out every Monday at 7:00 AM.  The end result will look something like this.

Looking at the report’s filters we can see that this report will just show us the status of all our Global Lifts.  Once you are satisfied with the report setup, just click the “Create Report button.”

You can have multiple filters set up for a report.  This report for example would show all assets with 30 days or less remaining on their Compliance validity and located in Louisiana to appear on the report.

All of these are acceptable when creating a new Compliance Report.

Editing and Deleting Reports

If for some reason you need to edit or remove a report, this is done in the Reports tab.  Simply select “Edit” or “Delete” from the actions column.
